Please note that if you would like to bring your dog, there is an additional charge of £25, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and condition our property and want all our guests and their dogs to enjoy their stay. We hope you understand that we have introduced a few rules to help ensure this is the case. We kindly ask that you carefully read the following and agree to the conditions before bringing your dog.

    Please:

    • Do not leave your dog unattended in the property at any time.

    • Do not let your dog inside the property if your pet is wet or dirty. Please clean and dry your dog before allowing it into the property. We have a hose for this purpose (although you do need to bring your own dog towels please).

    • Do not use the bath towels to dry your dog.

    • Bring your own dog bed. Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture. This is very important as some of our guests have allergies.

    • Please keep your dog on a lead and under control at all times.

    • Clean up any dog mess from the garden or driveway. We often have children staying at The Coach House who enjoy playing carefree in the garden.

    • Dogs are allowed downstairs only.

We have compiled a list of Dog Friendly Restaurants and Cafes which can be found in the Local Guide section.

  • Access Codes / Instructions

The gate code is ‘1805 enter’.

The front door key press is 1304.

Please ensure that you have the codes before you travel. If not, please contact us. There's nothing worse than arriving somewhere new (potentially at night) and not being able to get in!

    Check-in Time

Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises. If you are arriving early, have a look at the Local Area Guide section. We've listed lots of things to do. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises.

  • Breakages

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

    Quiet Times

We are located on an 3 acre site on the outskirts of Wilton. Although there are few neighbours we ask that you respect their privacy. Between the hours of 11pm and 7am noise should be kept to a minimum.

Please also be aware that we live on site in the main house. This is our family home and garden and we hope you will understand our need for our own private space too.

    Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted at anytime within the property.  Please do not leave any lit candles or fires unattended.

    Visitors

Day visitors are welcome.  If extra parking is required please inform us of their arrival in advance so we can agree arrangements.  We also need their contact details, should we, in the case of an emergency, need to know who is on site.  All visitors must leave the site by 11pm.
